At first, Roma did not have the mental capacity to remain calm in the face of Yggdrasia. It was then that she realized.

Compared to the first day Yggdrasia appeared, the number of adventurers following Aldis was less than half. This was because many had given up on Aldis, who was gradually revealing his true nature.

Litty and Roma quickly gathered the scattered papers and handed them over to the receptionist.

“Here, take these.” (Litty)

“Oh, Litty-chan!” (Receptionist)

The guild was lively with clients in the morning. Many people gathered around Litty, who was happy to have fulfilled the wishes of her clients.

Among them was the Cook guy from the other day.

“I’d like to ask you to do something for me again.” (Cook)

“I can do it, but there are a lot of things to do, so it might take a while.” (Litty)

“I’m not in a hurry, so I’ll wait patiently.” (Cook)

“Okay. I will do my best.” (Litty)

Aldis was not amused by this.

Zhul and the other members of Grand Sharks were on edge, wondering when the unbridled anger would be unleashed.

“… I’m… I’m going to work.”

“Me too…”

“Aldis-san, then…”

The adventurers who had been following Aldis were also leaving in droves. They were originally Rank 4 and Rank 3 hopefuls.

One look at Litty and the others was enough to make them realize the danger they were in with Yggdrasia.

After that morning’s events, the only cronies that remained with Aldis were the Grand Sharks.

“Litty-chan! I’ve successfully proposed! You are totally a goddess of love! Hahahaha!”

“A goddess of love?”

Behind the Cook guy, there were people smiling broadly, Aldis felt like he was being ignored by them deliberately.

Zhul couldn’t help but feel that things may go out of hand, as he watched Aldis who seemed like he was on the verge of running rampant.

“There they are!”

Litty was surrounded by many people, but was distracted by the sudden intrusion. It was an adventurer party that Litty did not recognize.

Like Red Flag, the mixed gender adventurer group surrounded Grand Sharks.

“What?”

“You’re the ones who wiped out our brother’s party. A party called Wind Travelers.”

“What are you even talking about?”

“Not only did you intercept their results, you killed them on the spot. We have eyewitness accounts.”

“That’s a terrible accusation. It’s not funny.”

Everyone in the guild was on edge and was watching the situation unfold.

Catalana sighed as she took a seat at the table. If things got too rough, she planned to unleash her phalanx to intimidate them.

Zhul said in order to show that he was with Grand Sharks, “Hey, come on, guys. Killing adventurers is a bit much, isn’t it?”

“Give me a break, Zhul-san…. It’s just a false accusation by these guys.”

“If you had just come clean and apologized, we would have been able to end this peacefully. Since that’s not the case, we will deal with this in our own way.”

Unexpectedly, the adventurers party decided to withdraw from Adventurer Guild for now. But Jozu, of Grand Shark, grabbed them by the shoulders and held them back.

“Wait. You made an accusation, and now you’re just going to walk away? Who the hell do you think we are?”

“It’s no use telling you. We’ll simply show proof.”

The adventurer brushed Jozu’s hand away and walked out. Jozu felt a touch of unease at the adventurers’ bravado.

He had obstructed other adventurers’ accomplishments not once or twice, but countless times and he had been rough with them while he did so.

He would always do his best to destroy any evidence against them, but he couldn’t explain why that group seemed to be confident in their claims.
