Chapter 51 – Good Morning, President Yu. 

It’s me who is going to marry you.

Yu Xin sat opposite Tang Mi, his eyelids dropped slightly, and his smiling eyes seemed to be tinged with a bit of sunshine. 

Tang Mi just stared at him like that, countless thoughts darted through her mind. 

“You don’t look happy?” 

Yu Xin’s gaze remained locked on Tang Mi’s line of sight with an inexplicable sense of oppression. 

Tang Mi suddenly realised that while Yu Yi became more and more like Yu Xin, Yu Xin was also becoming increasingly like Yu Yi. 

Her eyelashes fluttered twice before she finally asked: “Yu Yi really won’t come back?” 

Yu Xin said: “Of course, you should just marry me at ease.” 

Tang Mi frowned and reproached: “You’re stealing fruits of someone else’s hard-earned labour!” 

Yu Xin chuckled and said: “Ever since I was little, has Yu Yi taken any less advantage of me? I did everything, but, in the end, it was he who enjoyed the fruits(results).  The advantage I took from him this time, could only be considered as a little interest.” 

Although, she felt what he said was somewhat reasonable, even so, women sometimes were unreasonable. Tang Mi twitched her eyebrows and looked at Yu Xin: “Then, I won’t get married, the marriage contract is null and void!” 

As if he had expected her to say that, Yu Xin stretched the corners of his lips. The two dimples on his face became increasingly apparent: “I’ve already announced news of our marriage to the public while you were sleeping. It’ll be held at the end of next month.” When he finished speaking, he leaned closer to Tang Mi and winked: “Sweetheart, are you going to renounce the marriage? Yu Yi will be humiliated.” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

Damn, this person is so cheap! 

As though, he was afraid she wouldn’t believe him, Yu Xin took the iPad on the bedside and swiped his fingertips on a few times: “Look, right now the headline on the front page of Yu’s official website is the news of our marriage.” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

She looked at the red webpage and the cheerful text. She felt a little sorry for the art designer. 

They must have slept late last night. 

Yu Xin put the iPad back and smiled at Tang Mi: “Your dessert shop should be able to open at the beginning of next month. As for the wedding…” He looked at Tang Mi, and mysteriously said: “Yu Yi has prepared for the wedding a long time ago, although he hasn’t even proposed to you. But, that’s also good. It saves me from a lot of trouble. He has already made an appointment for the auditorium. Let’s go and pick the wedding dress when we have time.” 

Tang Mi was stunned for a moment. Yu Yi had already started preparing for the wedding that early?  

Yu Xin’s eyes moved, the corner of his upturned mouth faded into a straight line. “You’re thinking of Yu Yi again?” He looked directly at Tang Mi as if he wanted to see her heart through her eyes. “I was the first one to say I liked you, and I was the one who first kissed you. So why did you choose him?”1 

His eyes were filled with unwillingness and irritation, and a hint of sadness. When Tang Mi’s gaze touched his eyes, it was as though she had touched a wound on his body, her heart trembled slightly. 

She lowered her eyes as if to avoid Yu Xin’s beautiful eyes: “I always thought that you were part of Yu Yi.” 

Yu Xin was silent for a while. After withdrawing his gaze, he got up and walked to the cloakroom, and pulled open the wardrobe door. “Go wash up first, you have to go to the company later.” 

Tang Mi’s eyes fell on the cloakroom with his movements: “Go to the company? You also want to go to the company?” 

Yu Xin turned his head and smiled at her: “Of course.”

After replying to her, he neatly took off his pyjamas.  

The fine muscles and smooth, beautiful lines of his waist and abdomen were immediately exposed to Tang Mi. She faintly froze and turned her head to the side, her cheeks burned.

Yu Xin changed his clothes, then walked to her with an interest and looked at her: “What’s the matter, sweetheart?”  

“It’s nothing.” Tang Mi twitched her eyebrows and turned her head back. But, after seeing Yu Xin’s fancy clothes, her eyebrows twitched again. “You’re going to wear this to the company? No, can you not go to the company?”

Yu Xin raised an eyebrow and said: “Recently, Yu Yi has been very busy because of the dessert shop and Starlight Park, but it has nothing to do with me. Since sweetheart doesn’t want me to go, I will let them be.” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

This person is so cheap. 

“Do you know how to handle company affairs?” Yu Yi said that you have intellectual problems! 

Yu Xin let out a chuckle, walked over to her, and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek: “Don’t worry sweetheart, I won’t bankrupt the company. After all, I have to support you.” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

She was taken advantage of unguardedly.  

She wiped the place where she had just been kissed and sternly looked at Yu Xin: “Then you should at least change into a more formal set of clothes before going to the company!” 

Yu Xin disdainfully said: “Changing into Yu Yi’s clothes? To be honest, he has poor taste in everything except women.” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

No, I think it’s you who has questionable taste. 

Finally, at Tang Mi’s insistence, Yu Xin changed into a suit, except he was dead set against wearing a tie. And the shirt he picked out was bright pink. 

Tang Mi looked him up and down a few times and could only be barely satisfied. He still didn’t have the aura of an overbearing president like Yu Yi.  

Yu Xin tugged his lips up and squeezed a smile at Tang Mi: “Can we go downstairs for dinner?” 

Tang Mi flattened her mouth, picked up her clothes, and ran to the bathroom to change into them. Yu Xi had even taken the initiative to go to the company. Could it be that Yu Yi really wouldn’t appear anymore? 

No, I don’t believe it. 

Yu Yi couldn’t be shut down by Yu Xin like that, ever. 

When she came out of the bathroom, Yu Xin was staring into the distance in front of the window, his back inexplicably overlapped with Yu Yi from last night.

Tang Mi was about to say something when her mobile phone rang. It was Lan Qianqing. 

Tang Mi’s eyebrows perked up as she answered the phone: “Mum, what’s the matter?” 

When he heard Tang Mi utter the word “mum”, Yu Xin also turned around and looked back at her. 

Lan Qianqing on the other end of the phone was clearly in a displeased mood: “Tangtang, Yu Yi announced his marriage with you, do you know?” 

Tang Mi pursed the corners of her lips and replied: “Well, he proposed to me yesterday and I said yes.” 

Lian Qianqing was silent for a moment and said in a more serious tone: “You don’t even discuss such a big matter with us? Does your father know?” 

“Uh, I called Dad yesterday but I couldn’t get through.” 

This comment seemed to remind Lan Qianqing that they had not been competent parents, and thus her anger weakened quite a bit at once. 

Noticing that she had stopped talking, Tang Mi took the initiative to say: “I’ll talk to you later about this. Now, I am going to the restaurant to work.”

When she hung up the phone, Yu Xin had already walked up to her. He looked at her with a sweet smile on his lips: “Was that my mother-in-law on the phone?” 

Tang Mi tugged the corner of her mouth and looked at him indignantly: “It’s all your fault! Yu Yi was going to go and talk to my mother about the wedding himself! I want to bite you!”

Yu Xin’s eyes lit up, and he took the initiative to open the collar of his shirt, revealing a small part of the skin of his shoulder and neck: “Come on, sweetheart, don’t bear it.” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

She dropped her phone, pounced on him, and bit down on his flesh. 

Yun Xin gave a stifled grunt and wrapped one arm around Tang Mi’s waist, his eyes were flooded with an unwavering smile. 

Tang Mi only stopped biting when she felt that she had perceived a little metallic taste.

A deep circle of teeth marks and a little blood on Yu Xin’s shoulder had already been bitten out by her. 

Yu Xin looked down at her and asked with a smile: “Are you distressed?” 

Tang Mi unceremoniously rolled her eyes: “I’m distressed for Yu Yi!” 

Yu Xin’s hand that stopped on her waist made a slight effort to bring her into his arms: “Sweetheart, it’s best not to mention him in front of me in the future.” 

Tang Mi looked at him unconvincingly: “So what if I mention him?” 

Yu Xin curled up the corners of his mouth and smiled: “You’ll be punished with family law.” 

With that said, he kissed Tang Mi’s lips. 

Yu Yi had once said that the taste of Tang Mi’s kiss was sweeter than any pastry he had ever eaten. 

It was the same for Yu Xin. 

It’s just that he didn’t hide his desires and hopes as Yu Yi did. 

Moreover, in the blink of an eye, he had already pressed Tang Mi onto the bed. 

Tang Mi was flustered for a moment and slightly struggled underneath him. Yu Xin paused his movements for a while before releasing Tang Mi’s lips. 

Tang Mi looked up at him with two unnatural blushes on her face. Yu Xin smiled, exposing his two deep dimples: “I’ll let you go this time. If you bring him up again next time, I will enforce the family law.” 

Tang Mi held her breath and pushed him away suddenly. She then grabbed her bag and ran downstairs. 

After the kiss, Yu Yi still didn’t return. 

The two ate their breakfast quietly. Yu Xin didn’t let the driver drop them off. He drove the Lamborghini out of the garage himself and parked it in front of Tang Mi: “Get in.” ‘

Tang Mi was torn for a moment but still got into the car. She had just secretly called Luo Hao, so the company should be prepared, right? 

 I hope nothing will go wrong, amen.

When they almost reached the restaurant, she asked Yu Xin to drop her off at a junction earlier, Yu Xin smiled unconcernedly: “Our wedding is announced to the public, what else do you have to worry about?” 

Tang Mi: “…” 

It’s over, can I make it out of the restaurant alive today?! 

Yu Xin raised his lower lip without saying another word and parked the car directly at the entrance of the Dream. 

Soon, several of the employees in the restaurant ran out curiously and Yu Xin turned sideways, and said to Tang Mi: “Sweetheart, do you want a goodbye kiss?” 

Tang Mi twitched the corner of her lips and unbuckled her seatbelt: “Kneel, doggie!” 

With that, she dashed out of the car and darted into the restaurant under the various gazes of the group of employees. 

After she entered, the rest of the employees were still looking in Yu Xin’s direction. Yu Xin sat in the Lamborghini, smiled, and waved at them. 

A commotion broke among the employees. Yu Xin laughed, started the car, and drove out.  

The place where he had been bitten earlier was still a little painful. Yu Xin glanced towards his left shoulder and thought with a smile. Who’s the dog then?

When the Lamborghini drove outside Yu’s building. Luo Hao was already waiting at the entrance with a level ten alert. 

Yu Xin hooked the corner of his mouth into a smile, and with a cool tail swing, he parked the car outside the building. Then slammed the door shut and stepped out of the car: “Help me park the car.” 

As he said that, he casually threw the car keys in his hand to the stunned security guard. 

“Good morning, Assistant Luo.” He walked to Luo Hao and stopped to say hello to him. 

Luo Hao looked at the deep smile in his eyes and followed suit with a smile: “Good morning, President Yu.”
