The skeleton knights are coming down the long staircase.
They are tightly packed and lined up all the way to the top. I don’t even know how many are there. I can’t even count them.
「What the hell is this ……?」
I’ve fought my way through the dungeon many times. They range from beginners to the most difficult dungeons in the world.
If you go deeper into the dungeon, you may be attacked by a group of monsters, but this number is unprecedented in such a shallow place.
To begin with, it is said that dungeons are designed to kill and absorb living creatures, so only weak demons appear at the entrance. In fact, that was the case in the other dungeons. It was not uncommon to see goblins walking alone in the lower levels.
And yet, this dungeon is doing everything in its power to kill us near the entrance! It’s just too different from the rest!

I proceeded up the stairs, knocking down skeleton knights with my sloppy sword. It’s not as easy as you might think, but I’m definitely making progress.
When I repelled the opponent running up the stairs with an «Ice ball», the giant skeleton knight’s sideways blow approached.

My attack was interrupted and I used defensive magic.

As I fell to the ground, I looked around.
A large number of skeleton knights, with a giant skeleton knight in the center, were coming towards me.
My sword had been broken by the earlier blow, and I had no real weapons.
If I used a single magic such as an «Ice ball» or «Energy Bolt», I wouldn’t be able to deal with them in time.
「I thought I would never use it again.」
I relaxed my hand and dropped the sword I was holding. I heard a hard clan~g sound.
「I’ll show you something special.」
I put my left hand out in front of me and gathered all the magic power in my body.
In a few seconds, a double-edged, two-handed sword with a rainbow-colored blade appeared.
This is the 〈Holy Sword〉 that the church keeps in a safe place and only appears on stage when a Saint is inaugurated.
I created it with magic power. The power to temporarily create a weapon I’ve seen once is my secret technique. It’s a magic that only I can use, or perhaps it’s a gift from God.
The only person who knows about this is Colette, who I grew up with. She believes that I can only create ordinary swords. In reality, I can create any kind of weapon, as long as I take the time to observe it.
