Lunch break of that day.

I took the lunch box out of my bag.

Our school cafeteria has a rich menu and is quite popular among the students that there are few bento bringers. Without going against the example, I was also a cafeteria user, but from today on, I will be changed into a bento-bringer.

Because Kohaku made it for me. The cafeteria’s food is also delicious, but it is no comparison to Kohaku’s homemade dishes.

I wonder what it is today? I’m really looking forward to it.

When I opened the package while being excited. The lunch box was divided into two blocks. The starters/side dish is laid out in the upper block.

These were Octopus wieners, grilled eggs, stuffed peppers with braised burdock root, and petit tomatoes with broccoli.

It’s almost my favorite. Although broccoli is something I am uncomfortable with, then again, likes and dislikes are unsuitable for the body’s health. It is a line-up that makes me think that Kohaku is thinking about my health every moment.

“Did you make it yourself?”

When I was about to confirm the lower block, Shirasawa-san pried with interest.

“A~ah, you’re right. It’s homemade.”

There is no way I can say that I had made Kohaku made it for me. I lied immediately. Although she is her sister, she seems unable to figure out her own sister’s cooking just by looking at the starters/side dish.

“People don’t really resemble how they look, heh.”

She says while being impressed.

But thinking that I took Kohaku’s credit made me a little guilty…

But well, with this, I can hide it well. Thus, while gently patting my chest, I open the lower block.

…A heart mark is drawn with cherry blossom color on rice, with finely chopped nori, and “To Touma-kun, love you a lot!” written on it.

“… In what kind of thought did you make that lunch box?”

Shirasawa-san seems to be creeped out a little. I know how you feel. Since it looks like I made a whole love bento for myself.

It’s too late for now, but let’s ask for a regular lunch from tomorrow.

“It’s said that when you put your heart into cooking, it becomes delicious, right? I made it with love for myself, so it would become delicious.”

“Some twisted love you have there.”

“Well, it’s okay to be different. But do you need to ask something from me?”

“It looks like you were hurt in the previous class, so I just came to check on how you were doing.”

Was she worried about me?

I thought she was a girl with a nasty mouth yesterday, but somehow or another, she seems kind now.

“Thanks for worrying. Though it was only a nosebleed.”

“For a nosebleed, you came back too late, though.”

“It wouldn’t stop for quite some time.”

I can’t say that I was forced to sleep with Kohaku, and after I was found, later again with Akari, I tried to change the topic.

“By the way, don’t you think I should have lunch soon? I’m already hungry.”

Shirasawa-san looked surprised.

“You, you’re quite weird.”

“Is that being weird? I think it’s normal to eat during the lunch break …”

“It’s not that. What I meant is that you were prioritizing meals over conversations with me. Normally, boys give more priority to conversing with me. So, that in the long run, they can ask out the contact information of my sister.”

“I told you yesterday as well. I have no thoughts about asking about her contact details. When I’m talking to Shirasawa-san, It is wholly because I want to talk to you, Shirasawa-san. There is not even a single intention about getting the teacher’s contact information in the process.”

In the first place, I already know Kohaku’s contact details.

“Is that so? Then I guess it’s fine. I am sorry for coming in between your time.”

When I said it politely, Shirasawa-san left the classroom.
